Dear Sacred Heart Parishioners:
I was notified today that a family of five who most recently visited the parish on Thursday, December 24, 2020 and attended the 4:00 pm Mass have tested positive for COVID-19. The family is receiving the appropriate medical care.
Following government and diocesan protocols, I immediately notified our diocesan officials to make them aware of the situation.
Per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and diocesan guidelines, the spaces occupied by this family have been closed for an airing out and have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Additionally, the church was also disinfected following the 4:00 pm Mass, as it is after every Mass.
Out of care and concern for every staff member and parishioner, I urge you to contact your primary health care provider immediately if you feel ill.

COVID-19 at this time.
